Our rooms have lots of natural sunlight, the nearest LRT station is Rideau, which exits only 40 feet from our entrance. And a little-known secret: there is always lots of parking during business hours in the Byward Market.

You will always have lots of room and have a great quality desk and chair. Join a community of professionals you can ask questions and workshop ideas with.

FAQ & About Coworking

A shared office with workers of different companies share an office space. This provides cost savings and flexibility of having all the services of an office but only when you need it. Rent a desk monthly, shared office, drop in with a day pass, rent meeting rooms and other equipment.

We provide stunning high-quality spaces that guarantee to impress your clients while providing an atmosphere that will spark your creativity. The office space is fairly quiet that allows you to focus with just the right amount of buzz.

Our members are a wide range of creative professionals from artists to developers, writers, consultants, lawyers, film production, website designers, and entrepreneurs.  Most are established experts in their field and have between 5 and 15 years of experience.

First, you can reserve the phone booth or one of the meeting rooms as they are available. Taking short calls in the office is never found upon, we all use common sense and exercise some courtesy not to disturb others.

Most of us use headphones when we need them. If you need complete silence to work and focus, then coworking is probably not the right choice for you.  A better option would be to use one of our timeshare offices or reserve a small meeting room.

We like to keep things simple. You can choose to pay-as-you-go or you can save by subscribing to one of the monthly memberships. You only need to give us a 30-day notice by email to cancel a subscription.

Monthly memberships include a number of hours each month, simply book a time on the online calendar.  If additional time for a specific room is needed you receive a member discount on the reservation.

When you need something, “Eric” the founder is always there to help you network.  He has a broad network of contacts and takes the time to get to know you, then introduces you to others. Eric designed the office layout so that we all connect organically, it is almost impossible to work here and not know everyone.

We save you staff costs by having a Virtual Receptionist in the entry.  You receive a visitor or curier notifications to your email and by text. Features include two-way messaging with your guests from your mobile phone.

We do have our resident office dog “Bosco” in on occasion.  He is very friendly, briefly say hello when you come in then find his spot in the sun for his nap 4th or 5th nap of the day.  If you are afraid or allergic to dogs, he will happily visit the other office for the day, just let us know.

FAQ & About Coworking

Coworking is where workers of different companies share an office space. This provides cost savings and the flexibility of having an office without burden of a lease or having to maintain the space alone.

We provide quality space designed to impress your clients while giving you a work environment to fuel your creativity. Our office space is usually quiet, allowing you to focus without feeling isolated.

Our members are a wide range of creative professionals: artists, developers, writers, consultants, lawyers, film producers, website designers, and entrepreneurs are just some of the kinds of people who use our space. Most are established experts in their field and have between 5 and 15 years of experience.

You can reserve the phone booth (it’s free) or one of our meeting rooms if they are available. That said, taking short calls in the office isn’t a problem. We only ask that you be courteous and not disturb others.
